ECKLA-CAMFIX® the universal camera tripod unit

The ECKLA-CAMFIX® camera tripod is a universal accessory for photographers for use with cameras, telescopes, microphones, etc. With the CAMFIX®, photo or video recordings are possible from the driver’s or passenger door of a vehicle. It is also ideal as a tripod for reproduction or macro photography on the table. Lamps and flash lights can also be attached upright. Whether you use the ECKLA-CAMFIX® standing, lying down or hanging depends on the situation.

Car door camera tripod:
The ECKLA-CAMFIX® has a holding groove for the side windows of a car, although this should be largely open. We also supply a mounting plate between the side window and the window seal. In this case, the side window can be raised slightly for protection. The stable design makes it possible to use heavy camera equipment (for example a camera with a 600 mm telephoto lens).

Outdoor macro photography:
The versatile ECKLA-CAMFIX® can also be used for outdoor macro photography of plants and small animals. If the ground is soft, use a pad or bean bag under the CAMFIX® if necessary.

Use as a chest or shoulder support:
The ECKLA-CAMFIX® camera tripod can also be used as a shoulder or chest support, for example with a telephoto lens of 80-200 mm or 300 mm etc., or a video camera.

Video tripod:
With the ECKLA-CAMFIX®, it is easy to place a video camera on the car door and control the filming with a remote control. Sports events, dog training and other situations can also be easily filmed from the car. The same applies to observing wildlife with a spotting scope from a car – the car functions as a kind of camouflage and weather protection.

Macro or reproduction photography in the room:
You also have the option of attaching the ECKLA-CAMFIX® to a table top using a clamp to take macro or reproduction pictures.

Lamps and flashlights:
The CAMFIX® can also accommodate all types of lighting equipment or flashlights and can be adjusted in all imaginable directions with low reflection. It is also suitable for electric and remote-controlled flashes.

The ECKLA-CAMFIX® consists of a steel frame with a soft polyurethane coating.
The visible metal parts of the CAMFIX® are made of stainless steel.
The ECKLA-CAMFIX® can be used by right- and left-handed people by turning the triangle around.
